Once your user account has been created, you will receive an email invitation containing a link for your first login. This link will take you to your organisation’s secure Mayda portal, where you can set your password. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact our team and we will resend it.
Simply click “Forgot Password” on the login page and follow the instructions. You’ll receive an email allowing you to reset it securely.
If you have more than one active matter with us, you will see them all in the designated Cases page when you log in.
Absolutely. We offer training sessions for clients who prefer a walkthrough. You can request this by contacting support@mayda.co.uk or asking your Account Manager to schedule a session.
Mayda is updated regularly to improve usability and security. If the layout has changed, you’re Account Manager or our support team can walk you through the new interface.
Mayda is updated regularly to maintain security, improve performance, and introduce new features. Most updates are applied automatically and will not interrupt your use of the system. For major releases, we will provide at least four weeks’ notice so you have time to prepare for any significant changes.
If you notice missing documents, incorrect information, or anything that doesn’t look right, please contact our support team immediately so we can resolve it.
If you experience any problems, you can contact our support team at support@mayda.co.uk. We’ll be able to assist with login problems, document uploads, notifications, or general system use or issues.
No. Each user must have their own login. For your security, please do not share your password. If another team member or authorised representative needs access to your cases, tasks or general information we can set permissions for their account to do so, however written communication and sign off is required by all parties.
Yes. Mayda uses industry standard encryption and secure data handling practices. Your documents, messages, and personal details are protected and only accessible to authorised team members.
